Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. We ask that you provide at least 72 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If we need to cancel or reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find a suitable alternative date at no additional charge.
Access and Property Conditions
You agree to provide reasonable access to your property for the performance of our services. This includes clearing obstacles near windows, unlocking gates, securing pets, and ensuring a safe working environment.
You are responsible for informing us of any property conditions that may affect the safety of our team or the quality of our work, including but not limited to broken or damaged windows, faulty frames, bee or wasp nests, security systems, or landscaping hazards.
Assumption of Risk and Limitations
While we take great care in performing our services, certain conditions may affect results. Hard water stains, mineral deposits, paint overspray, scratched glass, oxidation, and other pre-existing damage may not be fully removable through standard cleaning. We will do our best to inform you of such conditions before or during service.
Honey Bee Window Cleaning is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, defective windows, improperly installed glass, deteriorated seals, or aged frames that may fail during normal cleaning.
Liability and Damages
If our team causes damage to your property during the course of our work, please notify us within 48 hours of the service. We will assess the damage and, where we are at fault, work in good faith to repair or compensate for the damage.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Honey Bee Window Cleaning's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.
Insurance
Honey Bee Window Cleaning carries general liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
Customer Satisfaction
